The property managed by Rudolf Schäfer KG is as diverse as the Munich real estate market: from the classic villa to residential, mixed and commercial properties in various locations in the Bavarian capital. The several thousand residential and commercial units are marketed in various ways. We determine the appropriate tenants for the respective units in personal conversations. The contract design corresponds, of course, to legal requirements and is based on the contracts of Haus+Grund München.
